Heat pan on medium high heat
cook peas carrots onions in oil until onions translucent
Stir in meat and sprinkle in flour until nicely combined, cook for 1 min
Pour in broth and let thicken
Finally add turmeric and pour into pie
For Pillsbury crust: 425 F for 30-40min
